Personnal Data in tcoTrees

PREAMBULE

Access to the TCOTREES Tool and Services requires the use of a User Account, the information of which is recorded by DELIGEO.
The “Personal Data” within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) collected in this context, are collected in compliance with the following provisions.

Responsible for this use

The information collected about you is processed by the Chairman of DELIGEO.

Information collected and purpose

The information collected is your name, email address and password (hashed), your login status, as well as any information that may be relevant and useful to ensure the best conditions of service, in compliance with the applicable legislation.

Recipients of data

Only DELIGEO staff, as well as Tool and Service hosts (for hosting purposes only), have access to this data.

Data storage location, security and retention period

Data is stored on servers within the European Union. They shall be kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
We take the utmost care to ensure the security of your data, including password hashing.

Rights

You have a right of access, rectification, portability, erasure or restriction of processing.

You may object to the processing of your personal data and have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting tcotrees@deligeo.fr or DELIGEO – 165 rue de la Garonne – 83700 Saint-Raphaël. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
